1. Export from your old tool
In Hyra or Series, export your staff list as a CSV file. It's usually called an export or a download.

Bring your staff over in an afternoon. Nothing in your old tool is changed, so you can run both while you settle in.
2. Make your workspace
Sign in with Roblox and Discord and pick your group. Rosterr reads your ranks and suggests roles.

In the admin centre, open Import and upload the file. Rosterr understands Hyra and Series column names, shows what it will do, and lets you fix rows before anything is saved.
4. Bring people in
Staff join with their Roblox account. Their roles follow their group rank, so most people need nothing set by hand.
5. Swap the bot
Add the Rosterr bot to your server and point your channels at it. Your old bot can stay until you're ready.
